You will join a small team where your decisions directly shape the architecture and set the standard for every engineer who follows. The work is critical: the software runs on production financial systems where reliability is non-negotiable.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build the agent core, including planning, execution, and self-healing loops that turn natural-language integration descriptions into production-grade data movement.\n\nOwn systems end to end across connectors, the transformation engine, execution runtime, the web app, the SDK, and the MCP server.\n\nIdentify and tackle the highest-leverage engineering problem each week without waiting for a spec or a ticket queue.\n\nWork directly with customers when their requests touch your systems, translating real-world needs into technical solutions.\n\nEstablish engineering patterns and quality standards that will guide the next wave of hires.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.\n\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript with demonstrated end-to-end application development.\n\nProficiency in at least one additional language such as Python, Go, or C.\n\nExperience designing and implementing critical infrastructure with sound judgment on reliability and scalability.\n\nHands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, or data warehouse platforms (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar).\n\nExperience working directly with customers on technical implementations or support.\n\nA track record at a startup or high-growth environment where ownership and speed matter.\n\nExperience building or contributing to open source projects.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort engaging with customers.\n\nBonus: experience with data migration, ETL, distributed systems, data pipelines, or LLM and agent tooling.\n\nBonus: strong CS fundamentals from a competitive academic or self-taught background.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 90,000 to 150,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
