You will shape the technical direction of an early-stage insurance technology company, building AI agent systems and product capabilities that address meaningful industry needs.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and iterate on AI agent systems that power the core product.\n\nOwn full-stack development across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.\n\nPartner with company leadership on product decisions, balancing technical feasibility with user needs.\n\nDesign scalable backend systems that support AI workloads.\n\nContribute to platform infrastructure as the team grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping products.\n\nDemonstrated experience building AI agents or similar AI systems, ideally with AI or machine learning systems in production.\n\nStrong backend and product engineering skills, with experience shipping products end to end and a focus on user impact.\n\nExperience working at an established company or an early-stage startup, and the ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.\n\nA degree from a strong university or relevant startup experience.\n\nInsurance or financial services experience is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: $150,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on experience. Equity: 1% to 3%.
