In this hands-on founding role, you will shape the product and build the systems that help operators manage energy assets in real time.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild backend services and optimization algorithms for real-time energy asset operations and forecasting.\n\nCreate dashboards that let battery operators monitor and control their systems.\n\nDesign and operate scalable infrastructure for deployments across thousands of battery systems.\n\nWork with cross-functional teammates to define product requirements and deliver production-ready features.\n\nDeploy optimizations and improve them based on feedback from real-world use.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nUp to five years of work experience, with a degree completed in 2023 or later.\n\nA bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or electrical engineering, with a grade better than 2.0.\n\nFull-stack experience building production applications with React, TypeScript, and Python, plus experience with Tailwind CSS.\n\nExperience with energy systems, energy management controllers, and preferably real-time data processing, forecasting, or optimization deployed in production.\n\nExperience in a fast-paced startup, as well as cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nFluent or near-fluent German and a semester abroad at a leading university in the US, UK, or Asia.\n\nExperience in a selective extracurricular group during university studies is valued.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: €70,000 to €100,000 annually.
