You will own a core product or infrastructure domain end to end, work directly with customers, and help shape product decisions as the team grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn a domain from architecture through daily production releases.\n\nTalk with customers, synthesize feedback, and make product decisions without relying on a dedicated product manager.\n\nBuild and optimize agents across voice, SMS, and email, including low-latency voice experiences and persistent conversation state.\n\nSet quality practices for non-deterministic systems, including evaluations, prompt versioning, guardrails, and drift detection.\n\nWork across React and Next.js frontends, Node.js backends, and Python services.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to eight years of full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of shipping zero-to-one products at startups, large technology companies, or as a founder.\n\nStrong production experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js, plus experience with Python services.\n\nHands-on experience building production systems with LLM APIs or agent SDKs.\n\nDepth in at least one area such as voice or SMS agents, agent state and memory, evaluations and guardrails, or B2B2C and marketplace products.\n\nExperience with low-latency systems, customer discovery, and making product decisions independently.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals; founder experience with demonstrated traction is also valued.\n\nAvailability for occasional intense work periods during launches or major customer milestones.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation is $180,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
