You will work closely with the founders across product and engineering, creating tools that help customers process complex documents and compliance workflows.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild backend systems that ingest and process documents from customer ERPs and inboxes.\n\nDevelop AI agents to complete complex, multi-page compliance and food safety documents.\n\nOwn features end to end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.\n\nShip quickly, learn from user feedback, and adjust the product as customer needs evolve.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 1 to 10+ years of experience, with demonstrated product impact and ownership valued over tenure.\n\nExperience building and shipping products or major features that real users rely on, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs.\n\nFounding, founder, or early engineering experience at a startup is a strong fit.\n\nStrong full-stack skills, including backend services, frontend development, and relational database design.\n\nExperience with production AI or LLM products, agents, RAG, search, or automation.\n\nFamiliarity with Kotlin and Spring Boot, React and Next.js, Postgres, and cloud platforms such as GCP is useful. Experience with other stacks is welcome, with the ability to learn Kotlin.\n\nDocument processing, unstructured data extraction, or experience in food manufacturing, supply chain, or other traditional industries is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $200,000 to $300,000 annually, plus 0.5% to 2% equity.
