You will help shape the technical direction of an early-stage insurance technology company, building AI agent systems and product capabilities that address meaningful customer needs.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and iterate on AI agent systems that power the core product.\n\nOwn full-stack development across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.\n\nPartner with the founding team on product decisions, balancing technical feasibility with user needs.\n\nArchitect scalable backend systems that support AI workloads.\n\nContribute to platform infrastructure as the team grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products, with a strong backend foundation and product engineering mindset.\n\nExperience building AI agents or similar AI systems, ideally with AI or machine learning systems in production.\n\nAbility to own product decisions and deliver end-to-end work with both product and platform considerations.\n\nStrong technical fundamentals, with experience at an established company or an early-stage startup; startup experience can be an alternative to a traditional academic background.\n\nInsurance or financial services experience is helpful.\n\nComfort working independently and contributing across a broad engineering scope.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $150,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on experience. Equity: 1% to 3%.
