You will work closely with company leadership to shape technical direction and establish engineering practices as the team grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and own production systems across the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime.\n\nSet engineering patterns and standards that support future team growth.\n\nProvide technical leadership and thoughtful input on architecture and product decisions.\n\nShip frequently while maintaining reliable, observable systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to nine years of professional software engineering experience, including building and shipping production systems in fast-paced environments.\n\nExperience building a product or system from zero to one, through startup work or a substantial independent project.\n\nProficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js for full-stack development.\n\nExperience integrating or building workflows with large language models and agent-based platforms.\n\nWorking knowledge of AWS and PostgreSQL, including cloud infrastructure and database design.\n\nExperience owning features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with measurable customer impact.\n\nExperience with production observability, monitoring, tracing, and reliable retries and queues in distributed systems.\n\nAn undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering, and a broad software engineering background.\n\nExperience in an early-stage startup or comparable environment, with a record of setting engineering practices as teams grow.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $150,000 to $250,000 per year.
