You will work closely with the founding team on core architecture and product development, with the opportunity to shape the technical direction as the company grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and scale the product and its infrastructure to support substantial growth in users and usage.\n\nDesign and operate the agent runtime, including orchestration, memory, verification, and systems that make AI workflows dependable.\n\nOwn work across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and agent development based on the needs of the product.\n\nSet technical standards, make architectural decisions, and establish effective engineering practices.\n\nShip improvements regularly to customers using the product in real business operations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience shipping production software, or an equivalent record as a founder or independent builder; exceptional early-career engineers are also encouraged.\n\nExperience building and operating LLM or AI agent systems used by real customers in production.\n\nFull-stack range across backend, infrastructure, and user interfaces, with the ability to take work from idea through delivery.\n\nExperience scaling software beyond a prototype, including architecture, data models, runtimes, or orchestration.\n\nComfort making technical decisions in a small team and shipping to production frequently.\n\nKnowledge of agent orchestration, memory, evaluation, verification, or multi-agent workflows is valuable, as is experience with service businesses.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually, plus founding equity.
