You will own a core product or engineering domain end to end, shape decisions directly with customers, and help bring reliable AI systems into production.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn a domain from architecture through frequent production releases.\n\nSpeak with customers, synthesize feedback, and make product decisions independently.\n\nBuild and optimize multimodal agents, including low-latency voice experiences and persistent, cross-channel conversation state.\n\nSet quality practices for non-deterministic systems, including evaluations, prompt versioning, guardrails, and drift detection.\n\nWork across React and Next.js interfaces, Node.js services, and Python systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to eight years of full-stack engineering experience, with a record of shipping and scaling products from early stages in fast-paced environments.\n\nProduction proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js, plus experience building Python services.\n\nHands-on production experience with LLM APIs or agent SDKs, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or comparable tools.\n\nStrong depth in at least one area: production voice or SMS agents, long-running agent state and memory, agent evaluations and guardrails, or B2B2C and marketplace products.\n\nExperience making product decisions, conducting customer discovery, and owning shipped work without relying on a dedicated product manager.\n\nUnderstanding of backend infrastructure and data structures for persistent conversations, as well as low-latency systems and non-deterministic behavior.\n\nPython experience with real-time voice pipelines or evaluation tooling is useful. Strong computer science fundamentals or founder experience with demonstrated product traction are also valued.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually.
