You will work directly alongside the founding team and customers to shape the product, the roadmap, and the company itself. This is a maximum-ownership position with a clear path into engineering leadership.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain core platform components including AI agents, data capture pipelines, reconciliation workflows, and ERP integrations.\n\nDesign and ship production-grade backend APIs and services that power fund accounting automation at scale.\n\nWork directly with design partners and customers to gather requirements, communicate trade-offs, and inform the product roadmap.\n\nIntegrate and operate large language models and agentic systems in production environments.\n\nContribute across the full product lifecycle, from architecture decisions through to deployment and iteration.\n\nHelp attract and evaluate exceptional engineering talent as the team grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with evidence of having built and shipped real products or meaningful side projects.\n\nProficiency in Python or TypeScript with strong computer science and engineering fundamentals.\n\nHands-on experience with LLMs and agentic or autonomous systems development, including production deployments.\n\nExperience building or operating AI-native operations infrastructure such as systems for accounting, reporting, reconciliation, or treasury.\n\nDomain knowledge in private markets fund accounting, reporting, reconciliation, or treasury workflows.\n\nFull-product-lifecycle capability, not narrowly backend-only or frontend-only.\n\nHigh ownership mindset with comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving founding team environment.\n\nEligibility to work in Germany; visa sponsorship is available.\n\nBased in Berlin or willing to relocate.\n\nBackground as a co-founder, founding engineer, or entrepreneurial builder is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
