You will help shape its core architecture and may have the opportunity to grow into a technical leadership role.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild the geometry and data core of a new BIM authoring tool.\n\nDevelop agents that plan and edit real building models.\n\nCreate generative design capabilities that account for building codes and client constraints.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience shipping production software, typically one or more years; substantial personal projects can complement shorter professional experience.\n\nHands-on experience with 3D geometry or CAD, such as geometry kernels, B-rep or mesh modeling, CAD APIs, IFC, or Revit.\n\nDaily practical experience building with LLMs and AI agents.\n\nA generalist mindset, with the ability to work across the stack and become productive in unfamiliar areas.\n\nStartup or founder experience, and an interest in an early-stage environment.\n\nFluent English; German is not required.\n\nExperience with Python, PyTorch, TypeScript, three.js, AEC or BIM workflows, or generative and multimodal models is useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nEquity is offered.
