You will shape product and technical decisions while building user-facing features and the backend systems that power the platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build user-facing features for an AI agent product, balancing usability with technical feasibility.\n\nDevelop and maintain backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure for production AI workloads.\n\nGather feedback, test product ideas, and ship improvements in rapid cycles.\n\nOwn systems end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.\n\nCollaborate with the founding team on product direction and technical strategy.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of professional software engineering experience and a record of shipping products.\n\nFull-stack product engineering skills across frontend, backend, and production infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered products, LLM applications, or agent workflows.\n\nExperience owning systems from zero to one, ideally in a startup, founding-engineer, solo-builder, or early-stage environment.\n\nComfort working through ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.\n\nLocation\nThis is a full-time, on-site role in San Francisco, California.
