You will build the intelligence layer behind tools that interpret construction blueprints and support faster, more affordable construction workflows.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and improve computer vision, machine learning, and AI systems, with a focus on object detection and coordinating models.\n\nExplore and apply current computer vision techniques, large language models, and other AI systems to practical problems.\n\nBuild and ship early prototypes quickly, then refine them using user feedback.\n\nContribute to pragmatic early-stage work beyond core modeling when needed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nHands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including Python and deep learning; the role is open to a broad range of experience levels.\n\nExperience building an AI system from 0 to 1 and deploying it in production.\n\nComfort working through ambiguous, challenging problems and taking on practical work beyond modeling.\n\nA growth mindset and an empathetic, candid communication style.\n\nMotivation to use AI to help make housing more affordable.\n\nConstruction or social-impact experience is useful, as is having built a product or project adopted or paid for by users.\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $120,000 to $180,000 annually.
