As a Founding Engineer, you will create customer-facing product experiences that help users understand blueprint analysis and make faster, more informed decisions about construction projects.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild intuitive interfaces that present computer vision model outputs to end users.\n\nWork on complex geometries, streaming systems, and sophisticated user interactions.\n\nShip prototypes quickly, gather feedback from users, and refine the product based on what you learn.\n\nContribute across the stack as the team develops and improves its product.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong React and TypeScript skills, with the ability to contribute across the full stack.\n\nProficiency in Python and an ability to solve open-ended, math-oriented problems.\n\nExperience taking a product from concept to launch and iterating on customer feedback; exceptional new graduates with strong projects are also encouraged to apply.\n\nSolid computer science fundamentals or a project portfolio that demonstrates equivalent ability.\n\nClear, empathetic, and honest communication, and genuine motivation to help make housing more affordable.\n\nUS citizenship is required. Startup, founder, construction, real estate, PDF workflow, and Tailwind CSS experience are helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary: $100,000 to $180,000 USD.
