As the Founding Engineer, you will shape the initial product experiences, working across the stack to make computer vision insights useful and accessible to customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild intuitive, polished interfaces that present computer vision model outputs and make complex data easy to understand.\n\nWork with geometric data and streaming pipelines while designing interactions for real construction workflows.\n\nDevelop prototypes quickly, then refine them in response to direct user feedback and real-world usage.\n\nContribute across the stack, from React interfaces to Python backend systems, to move product development forward.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOpen to candidates across experience levels, including early-career engineers and those with 10+ years of experience; demonstrated ability to take a product from 0 to 1 is essential.\n\nStrong React and TypeScript skills, with the ability to contribute across the full stack.\n\nProficiency in Python and comfort solving open-ended, math-oriented problems.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals or an exceptional project portfolio demonstrating equivalent depth.\n\nExperience building customer-facing products and improving them through user feedback.\n\nFounder, founding engineer, or early-stage startup experience is helpful, as is familiarity with construction, real estate, PDF workflows, or Tailwind CSS.\n\nClear, empathetic communication and genuine interest in improving housing affordability.\n\nUS citizenship is required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $100,000 to $180,000 annually.
