You will take ownership of core product architecture and development, combining hands-on full-stack engineering with practical AI experimentation to improve how logistics teams work.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain critical parts of the product.\n\nDevelop reliable full-stack features that help users work more efficiently.\n\nEvaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune AI capabilities for accuracy and relevance.\n\nExperiment with models, frameworks, and agent techniques, then deploy promising approaches and improve them using user feedback and data.\n\nImprove complex legacy code to support greater structure and scalability.\n\nBuild infrastructure and automation for data-intensive and AI workloads.\n\nWork closely with the founding team as a hands-on, high-ownership engineer.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 2 to 3 years of professional experience, or relevant projects and other evidence of capability.\n\nStrong full-stack and backend product-building experience, including production systems and cloud environments.\n\nFluency in Python; familiarity with Go is a plus.\n\nPractical experience building or operating AI/ML systems, including LLM integration, benchmarking, fine-tuning, and production experimentation.\n\nComfort working with complex codebases, engineering for scale, and automating systems.\n\nIndependent, adaptable, and results-oriented, with strong computer science fundamentals and an entrepreneurial mindset.\n\nExperience in logistics, freight, supply chain, startups, or entrepreneurial projects is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Equity participation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nFully on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
