You will combine hands-on product engineering with AI experimentation and help shape the technical direction as the product scales.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain critical parts of the product, taking ownership from implementation through production.\n\nDevelop reliable full-stack features that improve user efficiency.\n\nEvaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune AI capabilities for accuracy in domain-specific workflows.\n\nExperiment with new models, frameworks, and agent-based approaches in production, then iterate using data and user feedback.\n\nImprove complex legacy code and add structure to support scalability.\n\nBuild infrastructure and automation for data-intensive and AI workloads.\n\nWork closely with company leadership and teammates as a hands-on, high-ownership contributor.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 2 to 3 years of professional experience, or relevant projects and another strong track record.\n\nStrong full-stack engineering skills, including substantial backend product-building experience and the ability to work across backend and cloud environments.\n\nFluency in Python; familiarity with Go is a plus.\n\nPractical experience benchmarking, fine-tuning, and integrating LLMs, including running experiments in production.\n\nExperience building robust production systems, engineering for scale, automating systems, and working with complex legacy code.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals, autonomy, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.\n\nStartup or entrepreneurial experience is preferred. Logistics, freight, or supply-chain experience is also useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Equity participation is available, with options of up to 1% and possible additional grants. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nFully on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
