You will work closely with the founding team, establish the platform patterns for future hires, and have a path toward leading this domain.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and operate a cloud runtime for integrations, including durable execution, sandboxed isolation, and resilient recovery.\n\nDevelop infrastructure for coding agents that write, test, and deploy integration code in production.\n\nDesign observability across logs, metrics, and tracing for integrations and agents.\n\nBuild and maintain single-tenant, self-hostable product deployments.\n\nOwn infrastructure and platform decisions end to end, and establish engineering practices for future infrastructure hires.\n\nShip production systems regularly and help grow the team responsible for this area.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to nine years of professional software engineering experience, including at least three years in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.\n\nProduction experience operating, scaling, and debugging Kubernetes, with end-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure or a platform.\n\nHands-on cloud infrastructure experience and a strong understanding of production observability across logs, metrics, and tracing.\n\nExperience using AI coding agents effectively while applying sound production engineering judgment.\n\nExperience building self-hosted, single-tenant product deployments is valuable.\n\nA completed or in-progress engineering, computer science, or quantitative degree and strong technical fundamentals.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $175,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site five days per week in San Francisco, California.
