You will work closely with the founders, establish the foundations for the infrastructure team, and help grow into a leadership role.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and operate a durable integration runtime with sandboxed execution and self-healing capabilities.\n\nDevelop infrastructure for coding agents that write, test, and deploy integration code in production.\n\nDesign observability across integrations and agents, including logs, metrics, and tracing.\n\nBuild and maintain a single-tenant, self-hostable deployment option.\n\nSet engineering patterns for future infrastructure hires and contribute to hiring and team leadership.\n\nOwn the infrastructure and platform domain end to end, shipping and debugging production systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to nine years of professional software engineering experience, including at least three years in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.\n\nA completed or in-progress degree in engineering, computer science, or a quantitative field from a strong technical university.\n\nA software engineering and cloud infrastructure background, with hands-on experience owning and scaling production infrastructure.\n\nProduction experience operating and debugging Kubernetes, plus familiarity with AWS, Docker, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.\n\nExperience designing production observability across logs, metrics, and tracing.\n\nEffective use of AI coding agents, with sound judgment in maintaining production-quality software.\n\nExperience with self-hosted, single-tenant product deployments is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $175,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
