# Founding Engineer, Infrastructure

About the Role Join an early-stage B2B software company as its first infrastructure hire, owning the platform that runs an agentic integration product. You will work closely with the founders, establish the foundations for the infrastructure team, and help grow into a leadership role. What You'll Do Build and operate a durable integration runtime with sandboxed execution and self-healing capabilities. Develop infrastructure for coding agents that write, test, and deploy integration code in production. Design observability across integrations and agents, including logs, metrics, and tracing. Build and maintain a single-tenant, self-hostable deployment option. Set engineering patterns for future infrastructure hires and contribute to hiring and team leadership. Own the infrastructure and platform domain end to end, shipping and debugging production systems. What We're Looking For Three to nine years of professional software engineering experience, including at least three years in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
