You will own the platform that runs integrations and coding agents in production, and help shape the engineering foundations and team as the company grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and operate a cloud runtime for durable execution, sandboxed isolation, and resilient integration workloads.\n\nDevelop infrastructure for coding agents that write, test, and deploy integration code in production.\n\nDesign observability across logs, metrics, and tracing for integrations and agents.\n\nBuild and maintain single-tenant, self-hostable deployments.\n\nSet infrastructure patterns, ship production changes, and help grow the team, with the opportunity to lead this domain.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to nine years of professional software engineering experience, including at least three years in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.\n\nExperience as a startup founder or as an engineer at an early-stage, venture-backed technology company.\n\nHands-on ownership of cloud infrastructure or a platform, including operating, scaling, and debugging Kubernetes in production.\n\nExperience building production observability and working with cloud infrastructure, rather than focusing primarily on data infrastructure.\n\nStrong engineering judgment when using AI coding agents, and experience with self-hosted, single-tenant products.\n\nA completed or in-progress degree in engineering, computer science, or a quantitative field.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker is relevant to this role.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $175,000 to $300,000.
