You will turn complex customer data and business goals into trusted systems and build reusable tools that help future deployments move faster.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with revenue and operations leaders to understand business goals and identify high-value problems to solve.\n\nLead customer onboarding, scope data access, and map undocumented warehouse schemas to business concepts.\n\nInterview customer data and business teams to establish consistent definitions and validate data mappings.\n\nBuild customer-facing signals and workflows, including the agent systems behind them, and diagnose issues with their outputs.\n\nDefine success measures with customers and build analyses that assess delivered business impact.\n\nCreate reusable validation frameworks, evaluation harnesses, and mapping tools based on deployment learnings.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or software engineering with substantial customer exposure.\n\nStrong SQL and dbt skills, with experience navigating undocumented data warehouse schemas.\n\nA degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable quantitative field, plus applied data science or machine learning experience.\n\nKnowledge of distributions, seasonality, validation design, calibration, and modeling.\n\nExperience building custom agent setups beyond default implementations.\n\nAbility to resolve conflicting business definitions through customer interviews and data validation, and to define metrics and demonstrate business outcomes.\n\nCareful, evidence-driven problem solving, comfort with ambiguity, and a stable employment history. Founder experience is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $180,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
