You will own implementations from initial discovery through go-live, helping customers improve their wholesale workflows and shaping product capabilities through insights from the field.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead customer onboarding from discovery and integration through configuration, testing, and go-live.\n\nWork with operators to map purchase-order-to-cash workflows and determine how the platform should support their needs.\n\nBuild and troubleshoot integrations across EDI, ERP, inventory, accounting, and freight systems.\n\nTranslate operational requirements into data models, configurations, and product capabilities.\n\nShare implementation learnings with engineering and help turn customer feedback into product improvements.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical onboarding, or a similar customer-facing technical role.\n\nExperience owning customer onboarding end to end, from discovery through deployment and go-live.\n\nHands-on experience integrating EDI with ERP, inventory, accounting, and freight systems, ideally in CPG, supply chain, logistics, or wholesale operations.\n\nWorking knowledge of APIs, data models, SQL, and integration debugging, with the ability to read and write code as needed.\n\nStrong systems thinking and comfort navigating ambiguity, operational complexity, and changing priorities.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $0 to $200,000 USD annually.
