You will own core systems across agent orchestration, infrastructure, and the integrations runtime, helping establish the technical foundation for the product.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and operate the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end to end.\n\nEstablish engineering patterns and systems that support future team growth.\n\nWork closely with company leadership, ship frequently to production, and shape the overall system.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to nine years of professional software engineering experience, with repeated ownership of production systems.\n\nBroad engineering experience across AI agent platforms, infrastructure, and integration runtimes.\n\nExperience using AI coding agents while applying sound judgment to production quality.\n\nStrong engineering, computer science, or quantitative foundations, supported by a completed or in-progress degree from a well-regarded technical university.\n\nExperience founding a venture with outside funding or full-time employees, or working as an engineer at an early-stage startup backed by a leading accelerator or top-tier investors.\n\nExperience with TypeScript, React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship may be available when an O-1 visa is a realistic option.\nLocation\nOn-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
