You will own engineering across a consumer membership platform, internal operations, and data infrastructure, helping bring new digital products to customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain a consumer membership web application using Shopify and Recharge.\n\nImprove storefront speed and application performance, including bundle size and third-party scripts.\n\nManage tracking, consent tools, and data handling to support privacy compliance.\n\nMake decisions about architecture, databases, security, technology choices, and vendors.\n\nLead development of a consumer-facing React Native app, with an iOS-first focus.\n\nBuild and operate LLM-powered agents and internal tools with monitoring, evaluations, and human oversight where appropriate.\n\nCreate scripts, automations, and workflows that reduce manual work across the business.\n\nWork directly with leadership on high-priority product and infrastructure needs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of full stack engineering experience, including shipping consumer products to production.\n\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and React, plus production experience with Python or Node.js.\n\nHands-on experience with Shopify and Recharge, and a record of optimizing web application performance.\n\nExperience building consumer-facing React Native applications, preferably with an iOS-first approach.\n\nKnowledge of architectural and security decisions, privacy compliance, and consent management.\n\nExperience with AI tools or production automation is valuable, especially LLM agents with monitoring and evaluation practices.\n\nA bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience shipping software products.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
