As one of the earliest team members, you will shape the primary user touchpoint and have a direct hand in defining how the product grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the companion iOS app from architecture through deployment and ongoing iteration.\n\nSurface emotional-state insights from the core inference model through clean, accessible interfaces.\n\nBuild and ship a consumer-grade mobile experience that meets a high bar for polish and usability.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2 or more years of professional iOS engineering experience; this role is not suitable for fresh graduates.\n\nStrong Swift proficiency and the ability to own technical decisions autonomously as a founding engineer.\n\nA proven track record shipping polished, consumer-grade iOS applications.\n\nExperience building data-driven apps that present complex model outputs through intuitive interfaces.\n\nSolid CS fundamentals and comfort working independently across time zones.\n\nAbility to work without new visa sponsorship (visa transfers are acceptable).\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: $150,000 USD (or approximately GBP 75,000 for London-based candidates). The role also includes meaningful early-stage equity, up to 1 to 2%. No new visa sponsorship; visa transfers are welcome.\nLocation\nOn-site in London, England, United Kingdom.
