You will work closely with the founder and a small founding team, growing the waitlist and shaping how people first understand the product.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and grow the prelaunch waitlist, the role's primary success measure.\n\nCreate and distribute social content, starting with Instagram and LinkedIn, and test other promising channels.\n\nDevelop messaging that communicates the value of private interaction with computers before the product is publicly available.\n\nRun quick growth experiments with a small paid budget, track signups, and invest in what converts.\n\nOwn campaign planning, distribution, and the insights gathered from each effort.\n\nPlan and execute audience-building events when useful.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years in growth or marketing roles at early-stage startups, building audiences or waitlists.\n\nExperience growing an audience or waitlist from zero.\n\nHands-on experience creating content for Instagram and LinkedIn, with an understanding of how social platforms distribute content.\n\nExperience managing paid acquisition budgets and running fast experiments to find effective signup channels.\n\nComfort working independently in a small founding team and building from the ground up.\n\nEvent planning and execution experience is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $60,000 to $70,000 USD annually.
