This hands-on individual contributor role combines business development and full-cycle sales, shaping the enterprise sales motion while sourcing and closing early deals.\nWhat You'll Do\nIdentify the buyer personas and market segments best suited to the product.\n\nBuild outbound campaigns from the ground up, including prospect lists, email sequences, and channel tests.\n\nExperiment with sales tactics and adjust based on performance data.\n\nSource, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities, setting success criteria for each pilot.\n\nRun customer proofs of concept independently, from scoping through the final decision.\n\nHold hands-on sales conversations with AI agents to understand their workflows and needs.\n\nShare customer feedback and objections with the product team to inform roadmap decisions.\n\nManage a sales budget and take ownership of pipeline and closing targets.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience carrying a sales quota and personally sourcing, qualifying, and closing deals, with a record of exceeding targets.\n\nAbility to run customer proofs of concept independently and learn a prospect's business model and financial metrics quickly.\n\nExperience building custom workflows and automation with modern go-to-market tools.\n\nStrong written communication for both technical and financial stakeholders.\n\nResourcefulness in finding paths to decision-makers when standard outreach is ineffective, and a data-driven approach to testing sales channels.\n\nBackground in enterprise sales, early-stage startups, founding a company, or competitive athletics.\n\nInterest in how AI agents can change work inside enterprises, and a preference for hands-on individual contributor work.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
