This hands-on individual contributor role combines business development and full-cycle sales, with customer insights feeding directly into product decisions.\nWhat You'll Do\nIdentify the best-fit buyer personas and enterprise customer segments.\n\nBuild outbound campaigns from the ground up, including prospect lists, email sequences, and channel tests.\n\nExperiment with sales channels and tactics, using results to decide what to continue or change.\n\nSource and close deals, setting clear success criteria with customers for each pilot.\n\nIndependently scope and run proofs of concept through to a customer decision.\n\nLearn how AI agents work with customers and relay their needs, feedback, and objections to the product team.\n\nManage a sales budget and take ownership of pipeline and closing targets.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1 to 7 years of experience, with a record of personally sourcing and closing enterprise deals and consistently exceeding quota.\n\nExperience independently running customer proofs of concept.\n\nAbility to quickly understand a prospect's business model and financial metrics, and discuss relevant numbers early in the sales process.\n\nFluency with modern go-to-market tools and experience building custom sales workflows and automation.\n\nStrong written communication for technical and financial stakeholders.\n\nResourcefulness in reaching decision-makers when standard outreach channels are not effective.\n\nA data-driven, experimental approach to sales, plus resilience and a collaborative mindset.\n\nInterest in how AI agents may change enterprise work. Startup, founder, or competitive athletics experience is relevant.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
