You will build the sales engine alongside the founders, selling software to veterinary practices and helping shape the company's path to growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nIdentify prospective veterinary practices, manage first conversations, and close deals.\n\nDevelop and refine outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.\n\nBuild customer relationships that support retention, upsells, and referrals.\n\nOwn CRM data, pipeline management, and sales reporting.\n\nRun structured tests of messaging, channels, and target segments.\n\nShare customer and market feedback with the product and founding teams.\n\nHelp recruit, onboard, and train future sales team members.\n\nDocument and improve sales processes and playbooks.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to five years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM, with direct responsibility for pipeline generation and closing.\n\nExperience managing full B2B sales cycles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software, and comfort selling to SMB or mid-market customers.\n\nNative-level German, fluent spoken and written German, and professional English communication.\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms, including pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting.\n\nExperience with multi-channel outreach, sales messaging and targeting tests, and post-sale customer relationships.\n\nEarly-stage startup experience and familiarity with healthcare, veterinary, or other regulated professional services are helpful.\n\nComfort working in a fast-moving environment, taking ownership, and translating customer conversations into product insights.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €60,000 to €70,000 annually.
