You will build the sales motion alongside the founders, engaging veterinary practices and helping shape how the business grows, with a path toward an Account Executive role.\nWhat You'll Do\nProspect veterinary practices and manage opportunities from initial outreach through qualification, negotiation, and close.\n\nTest and refine outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.\n\nBuild customer relationships, support retention, identify upsell opportunities, and encourage referrals.\n\nManage the CRM, keeping pipeline data accurate and creating clear reporting.\n\nRun structured tests of sales messaging, channels, and target segments.\n\nShare customer feedback and market insights with the product and founding teams.\n\nHelp develop sales processes and playbooks, and contribute to recruiting, training, and onboarding future sales team members.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM, with direct responsibility for pipeline generation and closing deals.\n\nFluent spoken and written German, and experience managing full-cycle B2B sales. B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience is preferred.\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or a similar CRM, including pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting.\n\nExperience with multi-channel outreach, sales experiments, and post-sale customer relationships.\n\nAbility to turn customer conversations into product insights and build practical sales processes in an early-stage environment.\n\nHealthcare, veterinary, regulated services, AI, SaaS, sales analytics, or early-stage startup experience is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary: €60,000 to €70,000.
