You will build the sales engine for an AI-powered product serving veterinary practices, with a path toward an Account Executive role.\nWhat You'll Do\nProspect veterinary practices and manage opportunities from initial outreach through qualification, negotiation, and closing.\n\nDevelop and refine outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.\n\nBuild customer relationships, support retention, identify upsell opportunities, and encourage referrals.\n\nOwn CRM pipeline hygiene, data quality, and reporting.\n\nRun structured tests of sales messaging, channels, and target segments.\n\nShare customer and market feedback with the product and founding teams.\n\nHelp recruit, train, and onboard future sales team members, and document repeatable sales processes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to five years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM, including pipeline generation and closing.\n\nDemonstrated full-cycle B2B sales experience. B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience is preferred.\n\nNative-level German, with fluency in spoken and written German.\n\nProficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or a similar CRM, including pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting.\n\nExperience with multi-channel outreach, sales experimentation, and managing customer relationships after the sale.\n\nEarly-stage startup experience and the ability to build and document sales processes are valued. Healthcare, veterinary, regulated services, AI, or SaaS sales experience is also relevant.\n\nComfort with analytics tools and dashboards such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.\n\nEntrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with a founding team.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n€60,000 to €70,000 annually.
