You will turn initial demand into a repeatable revenue engine, owning the systems, positioning, and execution from first touch through customer expansion.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the go-to-market funnel from pipeline generation through customer expansion and retention.\n\nRun rapid experiments across channels, measure results, and scale effective approaches.\n\nBuild qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound programs.\n\nCreate and distribute content across professional and social platforms, blogs, and other channels.\n\nDevelop partnerships with vendors, startups, and community organizations.\n\nPlan events, dinners, conferences, and other activities that build awareness and relationships.\n\nDesign client and partner gifting programs that support loyalty and referrals.\n\nDefine positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales collateral.\n\nBuild the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and automation tools.\n\nUse customer and performance data to develop repeatable playbooks.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 4 years at a high-growth startup as a founder or in a leadership role across go-to-market, growth, or sales.\n\nA track record of measurable results in pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue.\n\nA systems-oriented approach, with the ability to build repeatable motions rather than one-off campaigns.\n\nComfort building from zero, testing ideas, and iterating quickly.\n\nStrong organizational discipline, process rigor, resilience, and execution skills.\n\nEngineering background or significant competitive achievement is a plus.\n\nWillingness to work intensively, including weekends and extended hours.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $150,000 to $190,000 annually.
