You will work closely with the founding team and connect brand, content, events, and paid campaigns to measurable business outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop positioning and messaging that resonates with business leaders and legal teams.\n\nShape the company's visual presence across social media, events, and its website.\n\nCreate LinkedIn content, newsletters, public relations materials, and research on legal AI in the DACH region.\n\nDevelop creative campaigns that raise awareness and encourage engagement.\n\nPlan roundtables, customer events, and conference activities across the DACH region.\n\nRun and test paid campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.\n\nMeasure marketing performance, including reach, signups, event attendance, meetings, and sales pipeline.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of B2B marketing experience at a startup or B2B SaaS company, with 2 to 5 years of experience preferred.\n\nFluent German, with the ability to create authentic content for German-speaking business audiences.\n\nA self-directed, creative approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.\n\nInterest in legal tech, contract intelligence, or legal AI; direct industry experience is not specified as a requirement.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual base salary of €60,000 to €80,000, plus equity.
