You will build the hiring function while establishing the people operations that support the team as it grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn recruiting end to end, including sourcing, pipeline management, candidate experience, offers, and closing.\n\nManage onboarding, employment contracts, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.\n\nHelp build a high-performing team through hands-on people support and thoughtful hiring practices.\n\nRun daily office operations and welcome new team members and visitors.\n\nSet up AI agents and workflows to support sourcing, screening, and recurring tasks.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience in recruiting or people operations, including full-cycle hiring through offers and closing.\n\nExperience handling onboarding, employment contracts, or HR compliance.\n\nExperience working at an early-stage startup, ideally during a zero-to-one phase.\n\nFluent in German and English.\n\nOrganized, reliable, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.\n\nPeople-first approach and interest in using AI agents to improve recruiting and operations workflows.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary and meaningful equity.
