Working closely with product leadership, you will shape how people and coding agents build integrations, as well as the platform where those integrations run. You will also implement and ship the production frontend, establishing the design foundations for future hires.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign experiences where users and coding agents collaborate to build enterprise integrations.\n\nDesign platform workflows for deployments, runtime, observability, and logs.\n\nBuild and ship production frontend code in React and TypeScript.\n\nEstablish the product's design language, component system, and interaction patterns.\n\nPartner with product leadership on product direction and design decisions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to five years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing polished, shipped work and strong visual and interaction design.\n\nExperience designing early-stage, technical B2B SaaS products, developer tools, or AI-native and agent-based interfaces.\n\nAbility to implement and ship production frontend code directly using React and TypeScript.\n\nExperience with dense technical interfaces, human-computer interaction patterns, and design systems or component libraries.\n\nProficiency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.\n\nComfort working in a fast-paced, high-intensity, in-person environment and partnering closely with product leadership.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $150,000 to $250,000 annually, with meaningful equity.
