You will work across the full stack, owning features end to end, from UX through backend logic to prompt design, with direct impact on the experience of enterprise customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nPrototype, iterate, and ship LLM-powered features rapidly in close collaboration with real users.\n\nDesign and build sophisticated AI agent pipelines while making their complexity invisible to end users.\n\nTranslate customer feedback and usage signals into polished product experiences that land.\n\nWork across frontend, backend services, and prompt workflows, wherever the problem takes you.\n\nOwn features from initial concept through production deployment and ongoing iteration.\n\nUse AI coding tools pragmatically to accelerate development while maintaining production-grade architecture.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong full-stack TypeScript skills with the ability to work across UI, backend services, and LLM integrations.\n\nDemonstrated ability to prompt, tune, and integrate LLMs into compelling user experiences, shown through shipped products, side projects, or hackathon work.\n\nClear evidence of exceptional ability or strong trajectory: notable shipped products, rapid career progression, impressive open-source contributions, or hackathon wins.\n\nHigh agency and entrepreneurial drive, with experience shipping product in a startup or fast-moving environment.\n\nStrong product instincts and a genuine drive to put things in front of users and watch them perform.\n\nAbility to reason about system and architectural implications, not just implementation details.\n\nPython experience alongside TypeScript is a plus.\n\nReliable, honest, and responsive, with consistent follow-through on commitments.\n\nOpen to all experience levels; mindset, curiosity, and track record matter most.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 90,000 to 140,000 EUR annually.
