The role spans product thinking, frontend, backend, LLM pipelines, and data.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full product features from conception through production, iterating until customers get clear value.\n\nWork directly with founders and customers to turn conversations into product decisions and shipped code.\n\nBuild frontend experiences with taste, clarity, and care across complex workflows.\n\nDesign and maintain reliable production LLM pipelines and agents, going well beyond demos.\n\nContribute across the full stack: frontend, backend systems, data, and AI integrations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2 to 4 years of relevant engineering experience, with early-stage startup or founding experience required.\n\nProven track record of shipping production SaaS features, including 0-to-1 products, independently and at speed.\n\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and React; familiarity with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, and ClickHouse.\n\nExperience building and deploying production LLM pipelines and agents, not just prototypes.\n\nAbility to design simple, intuitive UX for complex workflows.\n\nAI-native working style, comfortable using coding agents, MCP, or similar AI-assisted development tools day to day.\n\nComfortable talking directly with customers in English and representing a company well.\n\nBackground in GEO, SEO, or marketing technology is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary of EUR 85,000 to 120,000 per year, plus equity (VSOP). Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Munich, Germany.
