You will sit in the Engineering team and take end-to-end ownership of features, from early hypothesis through production, with real influence over product direction and architecture.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn features end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through to production release.\n\nLead product discovery by forming and testing hypotheses through rapid, lightweight experiments.\n\nMaintain close contact with customers, partners, and Sales to surface and prioritize real pain points.\n\nDesign and implement tracking to gather the metrics needed for data-driven iteration.\n\nBuild across the full stack, driving architecture decisions and seeing them through to release.\n\nBalance pragmatic short-term validation with longer-term scalability in every solution.\n\nTake radical ownership of initiatives and move them forward autonomously.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of product engineering experience delivering features end-to-end in a startup environment.\n\nStrong full-stack proficiency across Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.\n\nProven ability to own software from architecture and implementation through production release.\n\nNative or near-native German proficiency (B2 or above), essential for this role.\n\nFluent English for team and cross-functional communication.\n\nDeep product mindset with responsibility that extends well beyond writing code.\n\nComfort extracting and owning metrics to drive and defend decisions.\n\nExperience integrating large language models or building AI-powered product features (strong advantage).\n\nAvailable to work with overlap in Central European Time (CET).\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nLocation\nFully remote, with CET overlap required. An optional office in Vienna, Austria is available.
