You will work closely with the founding team and customers to identify valuable problems, build end-to-end product features, and improve them based on real-world use.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn product features from an ambiguous customer need through launch and ongoing improvement.\n\nWork across product design, frontend, backend systems, data, and production LLM pipelines.\n\nBuild and maintain reliable LLM-powered workflows and agents that deliver customer value.\n\nTalk directly with customers, understand their needs, and translate feedback into product decisions.\n\nShip customer-useful software quickly while maintaining production-quality code.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to four years of relevant engineering experience, including early-stage startup or founding experience.\n\nExperience taking full-stack SaaS features from an unclear problem to a live product, including work from 0 to 1.\n\nStrong TypeScript and React skills, with familiarity with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, and ClickHouse.\n\nExperience building production LLM pipelines and agents, not just prototypes, and using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering.\n\nGood product judgment and the ability to design straightforward user experiences for complex workflows.\n\nExperience in GEO, SEO, or marketing technology is helpful.\n\nClear English communication skills and comfort representing the product in customer conversations.\n\nWillingness to work on-site in Munich or relocate.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €85,000 to €120,000 annually, with 0.6% to 2.0% equity.
