The role is open to candidates across a broad experience range, from 0 to 10 or more years.\n\nStrong product judgment, a user-focused and problem-oriented approach, and the ability to identify common needs across customers.\n\nFluency in German and English.\n\nExperience with one or more of TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\nEarly-stage startup, B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI and machine learning experience is a plus.\n\nAn entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €65,000 to €75,000 per year.
