You will own product features from discovery and prototyping through production, helping build AI-powered tools that improve customer communications for businesses across Europe.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn features end to end, from forming a hypothesis to implementation, release, and iteration.\n\nRun rapid experiments and build lightweight prototypes to validate product ideas.\n\nSpeak regularly with customers, partners, and Sales to identify real needs and pain points.\n\nDesign tracking and use product metrics to guide decisions and improvements.\n\nBuild across the stack and make pragmatic architecture choices that balance fast learning with long-term scalability.\n\nTake ownership of initiatives and move them forward independently.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least three years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.\n\nFull-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.\n\nExperience owning software from architecture and implementation through production release.\n\nHands-on experience in a startup environment and a strong customer-focused product mindset.\n\nGerman proficiency at B2 level or above and fluent English.\n\nExperience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is an advantage.\n\nComfort using data and metrics to make product decisions.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual base salary of €80,000 to €120,000, plus equity.
