You will take end-to-end ownership of customer-focused product features, from discovery and prototyping through production, helping businesses automate phone-based interactions.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn features from initial hypotheses through implementation, release, and iteration.\n\nDevelop and test product ideas through rapid experiments and lightweight prototypes.\n\nStay in regular contact with customers, partners, and sales colleagues to identify real needs.\n\nDefine and implement product tracking, then use relevant metrics to guide decisions.\n\nBuild across the stack and lead architecture and implementation choices.\n\nBalance pragmatic validation with long-term scalability, taking ownership to move initiatives forward.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least three years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.\n\nFull-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.\n\nExperience owning software from architecture and implementation through production release.\n\nHands-on experience in a startup environment and a strong customer-focused product mindset.\n\nGerman proficiency at B2 level or above, and fluent English for team and product communication.\n\nComfort using metrics and experiments to inform product decisions.\n\nExperience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is an advantage.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation is €80,000 to €120,000 annually, with equity.
