You will generate and manage pipeline, help establish repeatable sales processes, and have the opportunity to progress into full-cycle deal ownership.\nWhat You'll Do\nIdentify prospective customers and generate qualified pipeline through targeted outreach.\n\nContact prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and build relationships with potential customers.\n\nManage sales pipeline and keep CRM records and tools up to date.\n\nHelp develop the go-to-market motion, sales playbook, and repeatable outreach strategies.\n\nProgress toward owning and closing deals end to end based on performance.\n\nContribute to growing the sales team and refining its processes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nDirect sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment, with a consistent record of exceeding targets or KPIs.\n\nAbility and willingness to conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and manage CRM pipeline.\n\nStrong business sense and the ability to understand different companies' needs.\n\nFluent or near-native German proficiency and professional English proficiency at B2 to C1 level.\n\nA hands-on, collaborative approach and comfort with customer-facing work.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually.
