You will build qualified pipeline, help shape the sales playbook, and develop toward owning deals from first contact through close.\nWhat You'll Do\nIdentify prospective customers and generate qualified pipeline through targeted outreach.\n\nContact prospects across email, LinkedIn, and phone, then build relationships with potential customers.\n\nManage pipeline activity and keep customer and prospect information organized in CRM tools.\n\nTest and refine outreach strategies and help establish a repeatable sales process.\n\nProgress toward managing and closing deals end to end as you demonstrate strong performance.\n\nContribute to building the sales team and developing its playbook.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nDirect sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment.\n\nA track record of consistently exceeding sales targets or KPIs.\n\nConfidence conducting high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn, while managing a CRM pipeline.\n\nStrong business sense and the ability to understand different companies' needs.\n\nA practical, hands-on approach and willingness to take on varied sales work.\n\nNear-native German proficiency and professional English proficiency at B2 to C1 level.\n\nA collaborative, communicative mindset and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary: €75,000 to €85,000.
