You will work directly with the founding team to prospect, qualify, and close new subscriptions while helping design the sales systems and processes that will scale the business. It is a commission-only position with meaningful long-term upside and a clear path to a senior sales or leadership role as the company grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nProspect and qualify real estate agents, commercial buyers, and brokerages through high-volume cold calling using provided lead lists.\n\nClose new subscription deals and handle objections using real estate domain knowledge.\n\nCollaborate with founders to refine sales scripts, messaging, and targeting strategies based on live market feedback.\n\nIdentify gaps in sales processes and help build scalable systems and workflows.\n\nFeed ongoing market insights back to the team to inform product and go-to-market decisions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least one year of experience working in real estate sales or selling directly to real estate agents, teams, or brokerages.\n\nProven high-volume cold calling experience with the ability to run consistent, disciplined outreach campaigns.\n\nHands-on experience with modern sales tools such as CRMs, dialers, automation platforms, or AI-driven sales software.\n\nComfort learning and selling AI-powered technology products.\n\nExperience prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing recurring revenue or subscription-based deals.\n\nAbility to handle objections and qualify prospects using real estate industry knowledge.\n\nBackground working in early-stage startup or small team environments with limited structure.\n\nA systems mindset with a track record of contributing to scalable sales processes and workflow improvements.\n\nExperience in proptech, real estate technology, or AI/SaaS sales is a strong plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCommission-only structure: 25% recurring commission on monthly subscription revenue for every customer you close, continuing as long as the customer remains active.\n\nExpected annual income for a strong performer is in the range of $60,000 to $110,000, with uncapped upside.\n\nOpportunity to grow into a senior sales or leadership role as the company scales.\n\nVisa sponsorship is not available for this role.\n\nLocation\nOn-site, based in the United States. New York City is preferred.
