About the Role Join an early-stage AI company building software that connects AI agents with real-world laboratory systems. You will own critical infrastructure for coordinating experiments, connecting agents and instruments, and capturing reliable data across physical and software systems. What You'll Do Build systems that schedule and coordinate experiments across distributed laboratories. Connect AI agents to experiments and instruments through robust agent infrastructure. Design data infrastructure to capture system state, actions, measurements, failures, and provenance. Architect distributed systems that reliably coordinate software, devices, and experiments. Develop APIs and developer tools for new workflows and integrations. Debug and optimize systems across software, hardware, and physical environments. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience building production-grade software systems end to end. Strong proficiency in Python or Rust, with solid software engineering fundamentals.
