You will shape the data model, workflows, and AI capabilities that help teams coordinate leasing, maintenance, payments, and accounting, while working closely with company founders and property management staff.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild the data models and workflows that support a property management operating system.\n\nDevelop AI systems that use property context to complete tasks, identify missing information, and escalate work to people when needed.\n\nMake practical engineering decisions in areas where correctness matters, including payments, financial records, and resident and owner communications.\n\nShip software to users, learn from system gaps and feedback, and improve the product.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience taking projects from problem definition through launch and iteration, ideally in an early-stage startup or founding engineering role.\n\nA track record of building and shipping production software end to end, in backend or full-stack engineering.\n\nFamiliarity with TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL, or the ability to learn these tools quickly.\n\nOwnership, adaptability, and comfort working in an ambiguous environment.\n\nExperience range: 0 to 10+ years. Real estate or property management experience is relevant but not required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $150,000 to $300,000 annually.
