You will connect frontier AI research teams with the datasets, evaluations, and commercial partnerships they need, while helping shape the partnerships function.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild relationships with researchers and technical leaders at frontier AI organizations and understand their priorities.\n\nIdentify needs across model post-training, evaluations, agents, and scientific data.\n\nTranslate technical requirements into dataset specifications, experiments, and evaluation frameworks.\n\nBring customer insights into the machine learning and experimentation roadmap.\n\nDevelop how the team serves research organizations at scale, including go-to-market strategy and commercial positioning.\n\nHelp build and lead the partnerships function.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience in AI partnerships, business development, or research-facing roles at an AI data company, AI lab, technical AI startup, or research organization.\n\nExperience working with AI data and evaluations, closing enterprise deals, and building relationships with frontier AI research teams.\n\nAbility to turn conversations with ML researchers into concrete dataset specifications, experimental designs, and evaluation protocols.\n\nExperience developing partnerships with technical teams and identifying customer needs through technical discovery.\n\nExperience shaping go-to-market strategies and commercial models for technical products or services.\n\nStrong understanding of foundation models, post-training, agents, and evaluation methods; machine learning research or engineering experience is a plus.\n\nComfort taking ownership in an ambiguous, early-stage environment with minimal process.\n\nScientific data, experimental design, or laboratory automation experience is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $100,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
