You will design and build product experiences that help users understand agent behavior, improve training data, and make informed decisions.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build interfaces across the platform and marketplace, from early concepts through release.\n\nMake agent runs, evaluation results, reward signals, and quality feedback clear and actionable.\n\nWork with research and engineering to turn complex reinforcement learning and evaluation workflows into useful tools.\n\nTalk with users, observe challenges, and improve the product based on feedback.\n\nDevelop reusable interaction patterns and maintain strong usability, visual quality, and implementation standards.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience as a design engineer, product designer, or in a similar role shipping product interfaces, with a primarily full-stack engineering background.\n\nFront-end engineering skills and experience turning design work into working product interfaces.\n\nA portfolio demonstrating shipped design-engineering work and visual design quality.\n\nExperience shipping products, learning from users, and iterating based on feedback.\n\nTechnical education or background, clear communication, and experience working closely with engineers and researchers.\n\nDeveloper tools, data-rich products, research software, AI agents, evaluations, reinforcement learning, training data, or early-stage company experience are useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $130,000 to $225,000 annually.
